Your home's value and CMA is determined by several different factors. First, after gathering all the details of your property I will look for and compare like kind properties in the vicinity of your house. I will then make adjustments to the comparable property for additional bedrooms, garages, lot size, age, baths, etc. This will allow me to look at the properties as if they are the same. I will then look at active and expired listings on the market to compare similarities and differences as well. This will also give me a good idea of what the competition is like in the neighborhood so that we can price your property competitively.

This tool will give you an idea of what you house is worth. It is only an estimate! This estimate is much more concise that any other computer generated estimate. With that said, you should utilize the expertise of a real estate professional for pricing your home. There are other considerations to take into account that will add or deduct value from your house and a computer doesn't have the eye for such a task.
